Our Human Resources Department is seeking a Director Talent Management, Diversity & Inclusion to join our growing team in our Worcester, MA office.
The Director of Talent Management will partner with the VP of Talent Management to design and develop various talent initiatives with a heavy focus on creating and implementing the Hanover Diversity and Inclusion strategy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to help shape the future culture at Hanover.
An ideal candidate will have a broad and complete understanding of Talent Management functions, including the tools and processes associated with culture change, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, leadership development, career pathing, and experience in Executive & Leadership Coaching. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven consultative approach, extensive program management experience, organization skills, and business and data analytic acumen.
This is a Full-time, Exempt role.
