We offer a variety of fulfilling career opportunities for soon-to-be and recent college graduates, including our actuarial and underwriting trainee roles. These tracks, and others, offer unique training experiences to help you build valuable skills.
Our internship program is an intensive, 10-week summer program designed for rising college seniors to explore careers across several business and insurance tracks. Our interns are challenged with meaningful projects and opportunities to gain knowledge and skills that align with future full-time opportunities.
Our competitive program looks for candidates with strong academic track records, broad extracurricular activities, part-time employment, leadership and/or volunteer experiences, an interest in pursuing full-time opportunities with us, and the ability to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Our LEAD (Leadership Exploration and Development) externship programs are offered in January in our Worcester, Massachusetts home office and in our Howell, Michigan office. These programs are typically one to two days and are a great way to survey all that our industry and company have to offer talented, soon-to-be graduates. In 2018, LEAD New England will be on Thursday, January 11, and LEAD Michigan will be from Wednesday, January 3, to Friday, January 5. For more information or to apply, please email your resume to our university relations team.
